Executive Coach

Ann is an experienced, values-driven senior manager and leader in human resources, operational and change management. She specialises in personal and organisation change. She has worked with senior management and Boards as an internal and external change consultant and facilitator to project manage and deliver changes required by internal and external drivers.

She has over a decade of proven performance developing strategic and policy frameworks in businesses with high compliance structures, gaining staff and stakeholder buy-in and building team capacity through best practice organisation development and change management. This has included identifying and implementing generic capability and training and development of compliance officers across range of regulation and compliance functions and co-ordinating the work of the Expert Advisory Group into Discrimination, Bullying and Sexual Harassment for the Royal Australian College of Surgeons.

Ann’s coaching is built on her understanding of, experience as and commitment to powerful and personable leadership. As a coach and
consultant, Ann has worked with a range of organisations in both Australia and New Zealand especially in the private, public and NFP sectors including aviation, IT, transport, regulation, health, higher education, membership, and professional services. She is facilitative, solutions focused, analytic and curious as she works with her clients to realign their performance and perceptions and achieve their chosen outcomes.

Ann is also a coach mentor and supervisor for organisational and individual coaches. She is known for her compassion and candour in providing astute feedback which challenges and expands how people lead and coach.
