Mark had over 37 years, working as a Senior Finance Executive, primarily in the Financial Services Industry in

Australia and the United Kingdom. He is a former Partner of KPMG, CFO/CRO of multiple large organizations, and was the Group-wide Audit Executive of CBA for over nine years. He has also led teams in operational areas such as Property, Strategy, Legal, Acquisitions and Investments. In recent years he has published five groundbreaking books on human relationships, including one on advanced leadership principles and strategies to improve corporate cultures. Mark is the CEO of Mark Worthington Pty Limited. From within his own business, he provides, coaching, book production, professional speaking and culture consulting services. He is a highly intuitive operator who understands the dynamics of modern business environments, including the workings of Boards and Executive teams. Mark is a down-to-earth person who communicates with clarity and empathy, and is passionate about helping people live and work with higher levels of success and fulfilment. Mark lives in Sydney, Australia.
