Jacqui has over 25 years’ of experience in media, entertainment and technology in both an executive (CEO and MD) and non-executive capacity. She has led multiple growth initiatives for diverse organizations and held direct Profit and Loss accountabilities with multiple concurrent project turnovers ranging from $1M – $80M in companies with revenues exceeding $2Bn in both the start-up and blue-chip sectors.
Her roles have included development of strategy and leading implementation for organizations to bring to market new products, functions, models and methods of distribution. In her career she has been recognized for energetically maximising business opportuinities, leading diverse teams, driving change and cultural alignment, navigating paths through disruption and delivering business results. She has a deep capacity to think through all of the angles and to focus on the goals, not the obstacles.
Jacqui is highly credentialled and committed to helping individuals and organizations, via their people, to create value and realize ambitious futures deeply rooted in the new economy while also delivering a positive impact on Australia’s people, products and places. She is a coach and mentor to executives looking to facilitate their thinking and step-up. She is actively engaged in “for purpose” and womens led diversity initiatives such as Mentor Walks.
