Marisa has been an executive coach and facilitator since 2002, and has international business and not-for-profit board experience. Marisa has achieved the highest International Coaching Federation (ICF) qualification possible the Master Coach Credential MCC and is one of only 24 coaches in Australia to have achieved this level. Prior to executive coaching, Marisa had a highly successful career as an executive in the corporate world working for Fujitsu and NCR Australia. She has worked for leading global companies and has a track record for growing businesses across multiple industries.

She consistently achieved aggressive revenue targets on an annual basis and developed and managed new business opportunities worth up to $25m. For her success she was granted several new business development awards. As an IT Sales Executive she worked across banking & finance, telecommunications, utilities, retail, government and transport & logistics. Marisa was a Regional Board Member of the International Coach Federation Australasia (ICFA) between 2004 & 2005 and was President for the International Coach Federation (ICF) Victorian Chapter between 2005 & 2006. She is the Director of Coaching and a facilitator of the Swinburne Post Graduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching and sits on the Advisory Committee. She is also the co-founder and Director of footprint, providing an innovative software solution for scalable mentoring programs with Chronus.

Marisa takes a lead role in co-creating, designing, implementing and evaluating programs with client organisations. She is known for her ability to ask the hard questions and for her solid business acumen, seeking alignment of strengths and behaviour with business objectives and personal values.
