Building on the work of Kirkpatrick (1977), Phillips (1997), Leedham (2005) and others, we propose a new framework for the evaluation of coaching services, which we call the church of evaluation. Full Research Bulletin (8 pages)  

We interviewed more than 50 clients, coaches and coachees in order to gain a better understanding of the factors driving the frequency with which coach and coachees meet in a coaching assignment.

We studied 271 coaching evaluation forms, seeking to understand better what actually goes on in a coaching assignment.
