Charles Rossini

Charles is a Senior Finance Executive with over 30 years of varied commercial experience in Australian and US based entities. He has held a range of finance and leadership roles in a range of industries including pharmaceutical, publishing and advertising, automotive engineering, and financial services.

Charles is an excellent communicator, who can confidently work with all levels within a business. He has led finance, risk and operations teams of various sizes, geographies and levels of experience. His approach is underpinned by developing good relationships quickly which allows him to get things done!

Charles’ primary approach to coaching has been to help those that he coaches and mentors, identify the gaps between what is expected and what is currently in place, (usually for a specific challenge or opportunity) and therefore help them to identify what options are available to bridge the gap.

By providing guidance and identifying various experiential tools that could be useful, this approach empowers the coachee to not only successfully navigate the requirements of the current requirement, but provides knowhow and a playbook for how to confidently approach similar situations on an ongoing basis.

Charles is passionate in how he can use his experience and knowledge to help others achieve their goals and objectives, if they need some assistance in doing so.

Charles is married with two adult children and lives in the Northern Beaches of Sydney.
