Starting his professional journey as a financial planner in 1999, Ivan’s desire to improve client satisfaction saw him establish his own boutique financial planning firm. While helping clients achieve their financial goals, he discovered that true success in a career and life transcends wealth creation. When an executive’s career is purpose-driven and is aligned to leave a meaningful impact as a legacy, this empowers their vision and mission as a leader. This realisation inspired Ivan to pivot his career to leadership coaching in 2011, focusing on developing leaders in families, workplaces, and community organisations.
Ivan has extensive post-graduate qualifications and experience across finance, human resources and management. Ivan’s list of notable organisations he has worked with spans both ASX-listed comapnies, privately held businesses and Not-for-Profit organisations such as Commonwealth Bank, Amber Tiles, Office National, Future Golf Club, and North Shore Christian Centre.
Ivan has been a leader as part of major transformational projects and been successful in leading national teams himself. Ivan’s coaching clients includes senior management teams and emerging leaders.
Growing up as a young Asian in 1980s Australia, Ivan faced challenges that shaped his deep empathy and understanding of others. These experiences have driven his passion for coaching, helping leaders uncover their intrinsic motivation and emotional drivers to achieve transformative growth..
