Bridget is MCom qualified and has over 20 years’ experience as an Executive in the Public Sector. In 2018 Bridget was honored as one of the top 50 most influential women in the NSW Public Service Sector.
Bridget has a background in leadership, strategy, change management and transformation programs. Bridget has experience in several leadership facets including culture setting, engagement, shifting organisational performance and building transformational leadership capability. Her studies in workplace reform and change management contributed to her success in this area.
Bridget worked and led staff in complex environments across several agencies and sectors. This includes regulation, insurance, housing, consumer affairs and the educational sector. She has led functions in statewide operations, policy setting, organizational program development, program management, information management, audit, and risk.
Bridget’s skills include leadership, stakeholder management, business planning, strategy, policy development, project management, governance and establishing large operational service delivery. She has strong skills in communication, with the ability to coach, motivate and build high performing teams. With Bridget’s diverse background she can bring her skills to any coaching environment. She understands the challenges facing government, non-for-profit, and the business environment. Her experience means she understands political considerations, resource constraints, stakeholders, and community engagement and economic issues that impact organisations.
